- Microsoft Visual Interdev 6.0 - Required to create Active Server Pages for Microsoft Internet Information Server
- Network software (TCP/IP) - Required to connect from a browser to a Chemscape application
- Oracle (Version supported by ISIS/Host) - Required to run ISIS/Host.
- NCI-3D database 94.1a or 2001.1 - Required to run the Testapp application, which is a part of the Chemscape Server.
