Effective July 1, 2009, Symyx Software, Inc. will become Symyx Solutions, Inc. This name change is being made in connection with an internal consolidation of the Symyx family of companies. No change has been made to the corporate structure of this entity. This change will not affect the way in which we conduct our business, nor our obligations to you.
